Finally going to fly? Make your weekend getaway smoother by adding these travel accessories to your luggage.

Bring these travel accessories for your next trip

  1. Refillable Shampoo Container
  2. Portable Digital Luggage Scale
  3. Vacuum Bags for Clothes
  4. 24 Hours Korean Heat Packs
  5. Collapsible Travel Kettle
  6. Foldable Large Duffel Bag
  7. 3D Contoured Sleeping Mask
  8. Aukey Universal Travel Adapter
  9. USB Type-C to HDMI Cable (2m)
  10. Adjustable Luggage Cross Strap
  11. Anti-Theft Backpack with Hidden Compartment

1. Refillable Shampoo Container

Leave all your huge-ass shampoo and shower gel bottles at home.

Travel light and bring only what you need.

2. Portable Digital Luggage Scale

We all buy on impulse every time we were overseas.

That is why a portable weight scale is important, so you won’t get hit with an overweight luggage charge for that additional kg of crap you buy.

3. Vacuum Bags for Clothes

If you are going for a long trip especially the colder countries, your clothes are going to occupy a major part of your luggage. Reduce your clothes footprint by magically reducing their volume with a vacuum pump bag.

In addition, there will be no more smell from your worn clothes and your girlfriend will no longer complain about your dirty luggage.

That is, of course if you have one.

4. Collapsible Travel Kettle

There is no way we are going to risk using the hotel’s kettle to boil water.

Surely, you have heard of stories of guests boiling their underwear in the kettle. And there is no way they will sterilize the kettle every single time.

Risk all you want, we are taking this collapsible kettle to all our trips.

5. 24 Hours Korean Heat Packs

Haven’t been visiting colder countries for a while? These heat packs are going to save your dear life. These are made in Korea and can provide decent warmth for almost 24 hours!

Or you can use them in your air-con room while pretending you are in Europe for the holidays.

6. Foldable Large Duffel Bag

You bought too much things during the trip.

Again.

What can be more useful than a cheap foldable large duffel bag?

Your wife is going to love you, just a little more.

7. 3D Contoured Sleeping Mask

If you don’t sleep well, you can’t enjoy well during the day.

This 3D contoured sleeping mask blocks out light totally without staining on your eyes.

Heck, it is so comfortable and useful that we actually use them at home.

Not effective against kids on the airplane though.

8. Aukey Universal Travel Adapter

Please lah.

Your iPhone 14 Pro Max costs more than $2,000.

You may as well use a better quality travel adapter, instead of those cheap adapters made of low quality materials.

Oh, you use Android? My bad.

9. USB Type-C to HDMI Cable (2m)

The night is never boring if you bring a long USB C to HDMI Cable on your trip.

You can view your photos on TV in the hotel with your laptop.

Heck, if you bring your PlayStation controller, you can even play Android games on the TV with your smartphone. Or if you have Xbox Gamepass, you effectively have a portable Xbox everywhere you go.

Multi-player games? You got it. We played multi-player PS2 rom games on the TV with Android emulator app, AetherSX2 on our last trip.

Perfect for Johor Bahru overnight stays.

10. Adjustable Luggage Cross Strap

Your luggage looks as if it just had a free flow buffet?

Don’t let your luggage explode into a rainbow of flying underwear.

Get one of these adjustable cross straps to save your poor luggage zip.

Our advice? Get the bigger one.

11. Anti-Theft Backpack with Hidden Compartment

We actually bought this Mark Ryden bag from Lazada ($43.90).

It is very comfortable to carry, has a great design, and made of high quality water-proof fabric.

But the reason why we bring it for our holidays, is because it has this stealth compartment hidden behind your back while you are carrying it.

Basically, no one can take your stuff unless you take off the bag, which is perfect for concealing passports, wallets and mobile phones.

Not effective against wives and girlfriends though.
